Professional experience
Dr. Idan Levy is a specialist in internal medicine, gastroenterology and advanced endoscopy.
Dr. Levy serves as the director of endoscopic innovation at the Sheba Medical Center. In this position he is well versed in the most advanced technological developments in the world of gastroenterology. He serves as both a consultant as well as being part of a development team developing advanced accessories for start-up companies.
Dr. Levy is a senior gastroenterologist at the Sheba – Tel Hashomer Medical Center. He holds extensive experience treating patients with a wide spectrum of digestive tract diseases, with an emphasis on complex conditions. He has extensive experience in performing endoscopies both for diagnostic purposes as well as for treatment purposes in a variety of methods, while focusing on the best solutions available among those in existence for the specific patient.
